The Problem

Poor AV Costs Your Business More Than Time.

Conference rooms die on the first Teams or Zoom call, displays and mics mismatch from space to space, and “figure it out” remotes cost you real minutes on every meeting. Inconsistent commercial AV reflects on your brand and frustrates clients and staff alike. Standardized DSP, certified installation, and predictable control—touch or BYOD—mean reliable presentations, clear speech, and spaces that work the first time.

The PDK platform is genuinely remarkable. Managing 200 users across three buildings is now something I do from my phone in under a minute. It just works.

We were sceptical about moving away from traditional key cards. Now our entire team uses their phones. Zero complaints, zero lockouts, zero lost credentials.

I called at 8:45 on a Friday evening — a door wouldn't lock before a holiday weekend. Someone answered, someone showed up, and the system was secured before we closed.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between commercial and consumer AV equipment?
Consumer displays are rated for 4–6 hours of daily use. Commercial displays are rated for 16–18 hours, have anti-glare glass, built-in remote management, and warranty terms appropriate for business environments. Commercial AV equipment is also designed for signal distribution, control integration, and acoustic requirements that consumer products do not address.
Can you integrate with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Webex?
Yes. We install certified Microsoft Teams Rooms systems, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex devices that integrate natively with your chosen platform. One-touch meeting join, automatic camera and audio routing, and room booking system integration are standard.
How long does a boardroom AV installation take?
A single-room boardroom installation typically takes 2–3 days for a fully specified room with display, audio, control, and conferencing integration. We schedule installation to minimise disruption to your business and do not hand over a room until it has been fully commissioned and tested.
Do you handle acoustic treatment as well as the electronics?
Yes. Acoustic treatment is often the most overlooked element of conference room design. We specify and install acoustic panels, ceiling treatment, and soft furnishing recommendations to control reverberation. The best microphone system cannot compensate for a room with 2 seconds of reverb.
What happens when something stops working during an important meeting?
Our control systems include remote monitoring and diagnostics. Most issues are identified and resolved remotely before your team notices. For on-site attention, we provide same-day response in South Carolina. We also design systems with fallback modes so a single component failure does not take the entire room offline.
Can you upgrade our existing conference rooms rather than replace everything?
Often yes. We audit your existing displays, audio, and cabling first. Where existing infrastructure passes performance requirements, we build on it. A conferencing upgrade, control system addition, or display replacement can often be achieved without rewiring from scratch.
What areas of South Carolina do you serve?
We serve the entire state including Pawleys Island, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Georgetown, Summerville, Columbia, Greenville, and Fort Mill. If your project is in South Carolina, we can help.
How much does a commercial AV system cost?
A focused huddle room or small meeting room installation starts from around $8,000. A fully specified boardroom with display, audio, control, and Teams integration typically ranges from $25,000 to $55,000. Training facilities, auditoriums, and multi-room estates are scoped after a site assessment.
